Our Story of Innovation
Our journey began in January 2006 when we opened the UK’s first-ever purpose-built 5-a-side football facility. As pioneers, we were also the first in Wales to make 3G pitches publicly available. Since then, we’ve proudly hosted over 100,000 players and continue our commitment to providing top-quality facilities across South Wales, including at our second centre in Newport which opened in 2009.
We offer everything from casual pitch bookings and competitive leagues to kids’ parties and our acclaimed Soccer Schools.

How to Play Regularly at Our Centres
There are a number of options available to play at our centres for players ranging from the age of 4 and above including:
- Joining our 5 or 7-a-side leagues
- Booking a 3G pitch (either one-off or as a block booking)
- One-day tournaments and competitions

Our son’s party with Gôl was fantastic! The team are efficient, helpful and friendly. The food provided was lovely and the coach who ran the party was great with the kids. Bonus points that we could have a Welsh-speaking coach too. I would highly recommend a party at Gôl for football-mad kids!

Our son did two weeks of their summer football camp and really enjoyed it. It runs from 8:30am – 3:30pm or 5:30pm. He came home very tired!
